hi. i’m emily.

A wife, mom of three, full-time employee, sister, daughter, and friend. I’m learning how to navigate all of this while keeping Jesus at the center and not losing my mind. Most days I do lose my mind. And those are the days that I like to put pen to paper and write out what I know to be true, because my feelings aren’t always truth.

You will find that this blog doesn’t really have a steady aesthetic or flow, its mostly just my heart and messy thoughts paired with random photos all in one place. I use this space to go back and remember what God has taught me because his promises are the same even if the seasons look different.

I am so glad you are here. I hope even one word of what I write and share resonates with you and can hopefully encourage you to look to Christ— our one true hope in this crazy world.

The bottom line of this page: I want to honor my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and nothing or nobody else. I want to bring Him glory.

God is growing me and teaching me through marriage and motherhood and a bunch of other things. This is where I share a lot of that.
